- Sync, end to end encrypted, through your own iCloud Drive. Settings › Sync keeps bookmarks, history, pinned tabs and groups, settings, passwords and your other Macs’ open tabs in step, per profile. It syncs through a folder you choose, iCloud Drive by default, and everything in it is sealed with a key from a 24-word recovery phrase that only your Macs know, like Dia’s. Save the Recovery Kit when you turn it on; on another Mac, choose Connect with Recovery Phrase. The overflow menu lists your other devices’ tabs. Turning sync off never removes anything from this Mac.
Fixed
- Leaving full screen takes the video with it. Leaving window full screen with the green button or ⌃⌘F left the page’s video full screen, with the sidebar and toolbar hidden until you pressed Esc.
- Full screen stays put across profiles. With two profiles in a full-screen window, a video going full screen in the other profile took the window out of full screen.
- AppleScript can open windows at an address.
